  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

Prohibited actions include (without limitation): violating applicable laws (e.g., anti-spam/ privacy rules), testing domains you don’t control or lack permission to test, reverse engineering, interfering with Service operation, uploading harmful code, or reselling/white-labeling outside permitted plans.

5. Plans, Trials, Billing

  • Pricing and features are listed on our site and may change.
  • Subscriptions renew until cancelled; by subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method via our payment processor.
  • Trials are for evaluation and may include feature or usage limits.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancel anytime in your account; access continues through the current billing period. Refund terms are in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

  • We own the Service and its content; you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it per these Terms.
  • You retain rights to your data and grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service for you.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

Personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy. You’re responsible for having a lawful basis to submit any personal data to the Service.

9. Service Changes & Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. While we strive for uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Diagnostics (e.g., inbox placement tests) are indicative and not guarantees of future deliverability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, breach of these Terms, or violations of law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or legal risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts.

We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new version with a new “Last updated” date and notify you of material changes where appropriate.
