This policy explains when refunds may be available and how to request one for purchases made on InboxGreen.email™.

1. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your account settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (no further charges).
  • We generally do not pro-rate or refund partial billing periods.

2. First-Time Satisfaction Window

For your first subscription purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the charge if the Service doesn’t meet your needs. We may ask for feedback to improve the product.

3. One-Time Digital Deliverables

One-time items generated and delivered immediately (e.g., reports/kits) are generally non-refundable once delivery has begun. If a technical failure on our side prevents delivery, we will re-deliver or refund.

4. Abuse & Policy Violations

Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse, violations of our Terms, excessive usage during trials, or suspected fraud.

5. How to Request

Email [email protected] from your account email and include your invoice ID, date, and reason. We typically respond within 3-5 business days.

6. Method & Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor. Bank processing times vary; please allow 5-10 business days after our confirmation.

7. Changes

We may update this policy, the updated date will appear above.
